Francis Bacon By Francis Giacobetti

From late 1991 to early 1992, shortly before his death, Irish-British painter Francis Bacon engaged in rare interviews and sittings with French photographer Francis Giacobetti. Giacobetti's eerie images, inspired by Bacon’s unsettling works, alongside previously unreleased Bacon paintings, were exhibited in June 2003 at Marlborough Gallery in London.
